When most people in pain, reaching anti-inflammatory drugs like Advil or pain relievers such as Tylenol and wait for temporary relief. Some may even use supplements to prevent harmful side effects of common medications and hope to solve all their problems. While natural food supplements Integers can play a vital role in optimal health, there is a greater underlying problem for the pain and inflammation.
The food we eat significantly can increase inflammation in the body that ultimately leads to pain. When inflammation accumulates in the body, which often affects the muscles and joints and causes pain. We can take any supplements or medicines for pain in the world, but if we continue to eat the same foods that we are creating a vicious circle. Sugar refined grain-fed meat, trans fats, refined grains, such as those found in white flour products like bread and pasta and refined oils made increase levels of inflammation in the body. These foods currently represent about 80% of the average caloric intake of Americans and 30-40% remains too high.
In order to prevent inflammation, the diet should consist of anti-inflammatory foods such as a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables, fruits raw nuts, healthy proteins such as grass-fed beef, pasture raised chicken, fresh wild fish, omega 3 fatty acids as those found in eggs pasture raised, dark chocolate in moderation, olive oil, coconut oil, organic unsalted butter, and fish oil. Most of these foods are rich in alkaline minerals like calcium, magnesium, sodium and potassium, which are anti-inflammatory. Spices also can have a very effective anti-inflammatory. Spice your food with ginger, turmeric, oregano, rosemary, garlic and cilantro to name a few.
It is also important to avoid stress as much as possible because stress causes the adrenal glands to produce hormones that cause inflammation. Exercise has anti-inflammatory effect to start and continue a normal routine. Some supplements may also have anti-inflammatory effects such as Black currant seed oil and tuna oil.
