According to health and fitness experts, the answer to the question:
"How many bowel movements should a person a day?" is the same – "Three"

Many people consider "normal" to have a bowel movement once a day and some people consider "normal" and think they are doing good with every other day. And others I've seen in my practice "normally" have only one bowel movement per week. This is one of those situations where I consider "normal" be pathological. We must strive not to "normal" when it comes to health. Especially considering that most people are suffering from some type of chronic degenerative diseases and taking medication. One should strive for optimal.

Let's consider the following:

– How many decent sized meals a person in general, eat in a day
– The usual answer is "3"

Now think about what should happen to all those foods. Not just disappear-presto change-o-ido-nothing up my sleeve.

No, the food does not go away – it takes this incredible journey through the tube, our stomachs, getting beaten to a paste and mixed with acid, and then to the small intestine where it meets with the enzymes from the pancreas and liver to go to work breaking the primary nutrient foods. In the small intestine is where nutrient absorption takes place. According to Bruce H. Robinson in Biomedicine, there are 21 pipe feet of absorption in the small intestine with an incredible 2 million cubic centimeters of the surface absorption. Of course not all the material will be absorbed and transformed into his human. Much of what is absorbed into the bloodstream leads to liver for processing and packaging. What is not absorbed is transmitted the colon for elimination.

And here is where problems can be taken seriously. What if that food is not eliminated?

This is a simple word problem that never occurred in the third degree:

What happens when the liver is overloaded?

The blood becomes more acidic and toxic. The acidity in the blood causes the red blood cells to clump together making the blood more viscous. viscous blood is not flowing as quickly to the brain and muscles, creating muscle tension and fatigue and takes bad decisions. Toxic blood generates more free radicals that cause damage to vessels, putting pressure on the heart and requires an increase in cholesterol to patch the holes in vessels.

What happens when the power generators are overloaded?

Investment energy in the operation of inefficient metabolism creates energy deficit. Less energy available for tissue repair, less energy available for defenses. Less energy available for movement and creative thinking. This also creates a hunger craving for sweet foods. Sweet foods are known to give a quick pick me up. The body knows this. This creates a more acidic than sugar is oxidized (burned). Over time this leads to an overload in the system of insulin. The cells become so over-inflated because there is less space to put cellular waste products due to overloading of the sewerage system (lymph) that do not want to accept no more sugar, so you get the cells resistant to insulin.

Therefore, one can see that a real key to health is to ensure system that the garbage out. So that means, "three bowel movements per day." If you are not having that magic number, will have to something different. What to do? – I'll be discussing in my next article.
