Chiropractic is derived from a Greek word meaning power or strength given by hand.Chiropractic is a treatment method that relates to back pain and pain disorders such as neck or major joints and bones of other minor. This method uses the basis of spinal manipulation.
History
Historians link this technique to ancient China of Kung Fu. In 1890, Daniel David (DD) Palmer Chiropractic presented in the modern world. Initially Chiropractic remained a family secret. In 1898, Palmer began to teach students some chiropractic and founded a school, the Palmer School of Chiropractic. His son, Bartlett Joshua, BJ Palmer was one of her students before and also took the promotion of chiropractic and the burden of his school in 1906.
Early chiropractors believe that all diseases are caused by the uneven flow of innate intelligence, a vital nervous energy or life force in the human body is a sign of the presence of God in humans. This concept and belief derived from the early chiropractors to develop as a religion (though not nearly happened). They also practiced and motivated others to craft, hard work, competition, and to align with the common man and separated from the intellectuals, for example, the AMA (Association American Medical).
Criticism and opposition
Chiropractic faces strong criticism from the established medical bodies. Because to the scientific theory of chiropractic, could not establish as a regular practice or licensed. Many chiropractors were prosecuted and imprisoned for practicing medicine without a license.
BJ made the Universal Chiropractors Association (UCA) to provide legal assistance to chiropractors. Sued to UCA establish chiropractic as a legal practice. They won their first case in 1907 and continued successfully in the future.
Two groups – Straights and mixers
There are two basic groups of chiropractors, lines and mixers. Initially, DD and BJ Palmer to avoid using any tool and the help of traditional medicine. They were purely "straight" in their practice. BJ but later changed course and in 1910, became mandatory for diagnostic X-rays.
Strait

They also advise the use of nutritional supplements, acupuncture, homeopathy and herbal remedies. In some cases, a change of diet, life style changes and exercise may be warned that the drug only for mixers.
