There is nothing new under the sun. The man has been found and lost knowledge for centuries. Dr. Wm. H. Bates, MD, ophthalmologist, discovered more than 90 years the cause and cure of eye problems. He found in his research stress in the mind interferes with natural muscles of the eye focus. He discovered that the vision is psychosomatic. When the mind is tense, the eyes are strained. He discovered that emotions played an important role in causing vision problems.

Besides the physiological reasons Dr. Bates took a step further. He realized that fear creates mental tension and stress and affect the view. What is fear? These changes create stress and the unknown element that evokes fear. This fear is often suppressed as a survival mechanism and never try again.
