Since the dawn of civilization and medicine, essentials oils have been used to relieve stress among other benefits. As time progressed, people’s stress levels increased and with the advent of more technology, stress and anxiety continue to rise on an alarming scale.

1.) Chamomile – has powerful calming properties present, whether it’s Roman or German chamomile, which is also good for treating PMS and other female symptoms. Lavender oils helps promote relaxation, sleep and is even useful for the treatment of headaches and insomnia. It can also be combined with your personal care products like shampoo, shower gels, bath salts, soaps, etc. It can also be diffused or added directly to your bath water. A popular remedy for insomnia is dabbing a couple of Lavender oil drops into your pillow every night to help you fall asleep.
