It is estimated that 1 in 6 person is sensitive or allergic to certain foods, and health of many psychological and behavioral problems are due to food allergies. No However, conventional methods of allergy testing often fail to identify allergies in patients.

I see many patients who have spent years frustrating trying to understand their health problems, only to discover that, in fact, have food allergies. Not surprisingly, a large number of these patients or parents of allergic children I say that first suspected allergies, but their suspicions were dismissed by their physicians after the results of the tests showed negative. Thanks to the persistence of quality that these patients are the answers you have been looking for.

Classes of Food Allergies

A food allergy can trigger immediate or a delayed reaction to food. This and the reaction involves high levels of antibodies to determine what type of food allergy is.

L. Type Immediately or shortly after eating the food, showing clear symptoms and often spectacular. These patterns of delayed reaction food allergy are difficult to diagnose. However, health professionals believe they represent the majority of food allergies, especially in children. In my opinion, no definite pattern of disease that involves different symptoms and different symptoms of the body should be taken as a probable sign of food allergy until proven otherwise.
