Diet and lifestyle is the most important factor in overall health. Study after study says that good nutrition is the foundation of health and prevention illness and disease. Food plays an important role in the control and cure of Poly cystic ovaries (PCO). Most of the symptoms, whether weight problems skin conditions, energy, menstrual irregularities and facial hair everything can be improved by eating the right foods and provide your body with the nourishment they need to operate optimally. This also goes for avoiding foods that are not useful or have a negative impact.

Of course, in clinical use a combination of treatments in relation to diet and lifestyle for the treatment of PCO. Chinese medicine allows us to treat each patient individually because there is no PCO two women present the same. This means that the treatment is totally unique and specific to the needs of patients. Given this, the results are excellent combination of Chinese medicine, acupuncture, diet and lifestyle changes needed.

High fiber foods are whole grains, nuts, seeds, fruits and vegies.
