Three years ago, I started working in a training program to equip the technicians to repair the sewing machine. In an industry that historically new technicians have been through an informal learning style watch and learn the process, developing a comprehensive training program loomed large. When I graduated from college, I threw in my career public school teacher. I complete my master's in education and served as a specialist learning in Maryland for several years. For over thirty years, I had to develop curricula and classes on many different topics as a minister. My education and experience led me to believe they could develop a quality curriculum to train technicians.

Sewing and repair of sewing have been focus of our family business for almost twenty years. Translation experience in classrooms, courses, curricula and practices is a feasible challenge. What prospects techniques need to learn correct information and skills to repair sewing machines? There are a lot of information involved in repair. To understand the content of submissions should apply a good theory of learning. The course should provide the training, implementation, support technical, and access to resources.

instructional content of the curriculum includes easy to read instructions with illustrative photos, graphs and illustrations. The course is broad in scope that require smaller more specific courses. Each course has its own small book for presenting information necessary on the mechanics of sewing machines, sewing machines advanced old sewing machines, sergers, embroidery machines, and business development. The student reads the textbook, testing their understanding through the completion of the book and the review of results for solid learning.
