I wake up at 3 am this morning thinking to myself what is the best liniment, liniment most effective I've used in the past 20 years to ease pain. (Yes, I know … not all of us to sleep thinking about the best liniments at 3 am, but since it's my life – but I digress), so here is what I think is the best natural liniment been used to relieve pain.

Why, if you need a liniment if you can stop your pain by doing what I suggest in 'Why does my neck hurt? "And" neck pain exercise? It is because I understand that sometimes people forget, be vague, they have to do 10 hours at the computer, lift badly, driving for many hours without rest, wakes up with a stiff neck after sleeping in hotel beds, sitting on an airplane so long as this is where with what I suggested, you can help relieve their pain with liniment.

When you become 20 years of anything to have a pretty good idea what works and what does not. I have tried all kinds of liniments, salves, ointments, sprays, gels, creams, herbs, herbal patches, homeopathic tinctures and oils to relieve pain. I suppose many of you who have suffered from pain have tried dozens of different beings, so, all hoping to find one that really works. They work well. Probably the biggest difference between us is that I have also asked hundreds of my customers what they thought worked best in them.

Live grow and work in Australia saw dozens and dozens of different ointments, creams and liniments. We have a multicultural society, great and not only brings people from all over the world, but also their beliefs too. And those beliefs are your beliefs in what they thought are the best liniments in their countries. Another great advantage of being in Australia is its proximity to Asia and all of their lotions and potions. Add to this that I have studied Thai herbal treatments for pain and 3 years of traditional Chinese medicine with all herbal remedies and so you get the idea, I tried a lot.

The reason I became laying awake thinking of liniments is that a client of mine came to me and wanted to test his liniment. She said she swears by it. I used it in the back and through burning hands and teary eyes I managed to comment that I had never seen this at any pharmacy here in Panama. That's because you will not find here in the pharmacy that properly added, you can only get this in veterinary shops.

As my clinic and smelled strongly of menthol and camphor, tears streaming down my face, I managed to squeak "veterinary shops?" Oh, yes, "she said" is for horses when tendinitis, but use myself. "It was about this time I wondered if my skin began to peel off my knuckles and all sense of feeling is permanently lost the tips of my fingers high sensitivity. She graciously offered to buy to use on my clients, but I was trying to explain to my clients why they label my balm again said: "Horses for veterinary use only" would not be good for business.

Now, here in Panama, I've also tried their products and even a product that contains 12 floors of the depths of the Panamanian jungle. German products I have used pine trees Chinese products, Italian, French, Hawaiian and Bali products. I have simply tried to products worldwide.

However, even today, with far the best I've used is an Australian product that has been around for a long, long time called "Goanna oil. In fact, next year will celebrate 100 years to be exact. In Australia, the Goanna oil is a household name and was even used by John Bertrand and his team on his yacht Australia 2 during the America's Cup racing.

Indeed, a goanna lizard is a large, very large lizard in Australia and the Aborigines used to use the fat in these lizards to treat their bodies. Today since the sixties goannas have been protected and Goanna Goanna oil is free. A bit like Tiger Balm has no tigers in it. You probably have to order it line, but its well worth it! It has properties to alleviate the incredible pain, it is natural and wonderful to relieve aches and pains in joints. When I used to play Australian football all rubbed with it before the game. Its an Australian product that is very well known in Oz, but virtually undiscovered in the world.

Its called Goanna oil and liniment is the best!
